Job Description

An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional in a K-12 educational setting, focused on providing essential speech-language therapy to students. This full-time position is based in Mesa, AZ, and requires an on-site presence to effectively support a mixed caseload ranging from PK-12.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services to children.
  • Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with parents, teachers, and staff.
  • Valid DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Location:
Mesa, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and evaluations to assess students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress towards goals.
  • Engage in report writing and goal setting to ensure tailored support for each student.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create comprehensive support plans.
