Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Washington State SLP license
• ESA certification
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required
• Deliver services in accordance with state and school district regulations
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
