Job Description

An opportunity is available for skilled Speech Language Pathologists to support elementary students in a dynamic educational setting. This role is designed to start ASAP and continue through the end of the current school year, with a possibility of extending into the next school year for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to support students’ overall educational development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech Language Pathologist with a focus on pediatric populations.
  • Experience in school settings is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of AAC devices and strategies is a plus, though training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
