Job Description

A dynamic and supportive educational environment is seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to address the diverse needs of students across various grade levels. This role focuses on providing high-quality speech and language services within a K-12 setting, ensuring that each student receives the support necessary for their success.

Location: Glendale, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with varying needs, including those with Autism and intellectual disabilities.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Arizona SLP license with IVP fingerprint clearance.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
