Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona SLP License
  • Valid Arizona Dept of Health SLP License
  • Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with K-5 students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to diagnose speech, voice, and language impairments
  • Interpret evaluation results to determine appropriate interventions
  • Validate and integrate outside evaluations and recommendations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Create individualized therapy programs tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to ensure comprehensive support
  • Provide guidance to parents and families regarding speech and language development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
