Job Description

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote effective strategies for student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in a supportive and encouraging environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist License required.
  • ASHA Certification; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-age students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
