Job Description

A dynamic opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists looking to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting. This position is for the 2025-2026 school year and involves working with K-12 students, focusing on diverse speech and language needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP License
  • CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with IEPs and multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

  • Ellensburg, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals
  • Manage a caseload of up to 45 students across a maximum of two sites
  • Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
