Job Description

An onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on K-12 students. This role involves working with diverse caseloads across one to two school sites in Dover, DE, dedicating 37.5 hours per week to provide essential communication support and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
  • Provide consultation to staff regarding students' communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Delaware SLP license.
  • Experience in a school setting, preferred.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
