A dynamic opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of middle school students. This role focuses on providing tailored communication support to approximately 45 students aged 11 to 13, addressing mild to moderate speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language skill levels.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, focusing on their unique needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate students’ overall communication development.
• Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust therapy as required.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and effective therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
