Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Professional Educator’s License (PEL) for Illinois schools through ISBE
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
  • Conduct screenings and maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
  • Deliver services in accordance with state regulations and school policies
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
