Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time Virtual Position (NC School)
Location: Remote within North Carolina | Independent Contractor

We are looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who is licensed in North Carolina to deliver virtual therapy services to students in need of speech and language support. This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the chance to work independently while still making a meaningful impact on students communication abilities.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide virtual speech therapy services to students across North Carolina, assessing their needs and developing appropriate therapy plans
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings, providing valuable insights into students' progress and collaborating with school staff and parents
  • Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and IEP goals to ensure compliance and measure student success
  • Work independently, managing a caseload of K-12 students, and schedule sessions to fit within the school day and district expectations
What Were Looking For:
  • Active North Carolina SLP license
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting or teletherapy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using virtual platforms for therapy delivery and IEP participation
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively
