Job Description

Dynamic opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists in Centralia, WA, within a K-12 school setting. This role involves working collaboratively to support students' communication needs across various grade levels, with a focus on enhancing their educational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate effective communication interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • ESA certification preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
