Job Description

A dynamic opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an engaging elementary school environment located in Cary, NC. This role focuses on providing comprehensive therapeutic services to a diverse K-5th grade caseload, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Proficient in teletherapy practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams

Location: Cary, NC

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned students
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school environment
