Job Description

A unique opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide crucial therapy services in an engaging elementary school setting located in Bethlehem, PA. This contract position will focus on summer make-up sessions, addressing the needs of Kindergarten and 1st grade students requiring additional support.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and staff
  • PA SLP License and teaching certification

Location:

  • Bethlehem, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct therapy sessions and assessments to meet student needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educational staff to support student learning
  • Manage a varied caseload with sessions ranging from 25 minutes
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on student progress
  • Maintain documentation and records in compliance with district policies
