Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for approximately 60 middle school students.
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessible and effective communication interventions.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and parents to support students' speech and language goals.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed to meet evolving needs.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with middle school-aged students.
  • Proficiency in teletherapy practices and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
