Position Overview:

Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated professional to fill a full-time position at a school district near Palatine, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and committed to making a difference in the lives of middle school students. The role offers consistent hours, a supportive work environment, and the chance to work with a team of professionals to help students succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with middle school students to provide specialized support, ensuring students are meeting academic and social goals.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop individualized plans for students.
Assist students in enhancing their communication, social, and academic skills through targeted interventions.
Create and implement appropriate strategies to promote inclusion and participation in the classroom.
Track student progress and provide feedback to parents and the school team.

Requirements:

EIPA Score of 3.5 or higher.
Experience working with middle school students (preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team to support students’ individual needs.
A passion for education and making a difference in students’ lives.
