Job Description

Now Hiring School Based Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) near Augusta, GA 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between deaf or hard of hearing individuals and hearing individuals
  • Interpret American sign language (ASL) 
  • Ensure accessibility in various settings such as the classroom and meetings. 
  • Collaborate with staff to support the learning needs of students with hearing impairments
  • Provide specialized instruction tailored to meet the individual learning needs of each student

In order to apply: 

  • Fluent in ASL
  • SLI certification
  • EIPA 3.5 or higher
