Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist License in California
  • PPS Credential
  • Experience working with high school-aged students (grades 9-12)
  • Strong skills in conducting assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with parents and IEP teams
  • Ability to explain assessment results and contribute to the IEP process

Location:

  • Tracy, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students, managing a caseload of 40-50 high school students
  • Attend IEP meetings in person to present assessment findings and discuss student needs
  • Collaborate with educational staff and parents to ensure compliance with IEP processes
  • Provide recommendations and interventions based on assessment results
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided
  • Support students' mental health and academic success through individualized strategies
