Location: Summit Argo, IL Job Duration: Contract | 2025 School Year Start Date: August 10 | End Date: June 1

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct play-based assessments and analyze data to support student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse learners.
  • Participate in team meetings and IEP meetings primarily for PreK and early childhood students.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Remain updated on best practices and legal requirements related to student mental health and educational psychology.

Qualifications:

  • State licensure as a School Psychologist in Illinois.
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with a focus on school psychology.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with students and families.
