Remote School Psychologist (1099 Contract) – Rhode Island
Location: Remote (Must be licensed and able to practice in Rhode Island)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic School Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role involves providing psychological services to students and supporting their educational and emotional needs through virtual platforms. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Rhode Island and experienced in school psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct remote psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans.
Provide virtual counseling and support for students with emotional and psychological needs.
Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to support student success and well-being.
Offer crisis intervention and support as required.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and assessments.
Participate in virtual meetings with school teams and contribute to educational planning.
Qualifications:
Doctoral or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
Valid Rhode Island School Psychologist license.
Proven experience in school psychology and a deep understanding of educational settings.
Proficiency with virtual counseling and psychological assessment tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with remote learning environments and telepsychology practices.
Experience working in diverse educational settings and with varied student populations.
