Seeking a dedicated Virtual School Psychologist to join our dynamic team, offering psychological services to students across California through a remote platform. This position is perfect for a seasoned psychologist who is passionate about using advanced digital tools to assess, support, and enhance student mental health and educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Assessments: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health.
  • Intervention and Strategy Development: Create tailored intervention strategies to address specific student needs, promoting their academic and social success.
  • Counseling Services: Provide virtual counseling sessions to students, addressing various mental health issues and promoting positive behavioral changes.
  • Collaboration with Educational Teams: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate psychological services into students learning plans.
  • Crisis Management: Act swiftly to manage and support students during psychological emergencies.
  • Program Development and Evaluation: Participate in the development and refinement of school-wide mental health programs and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology with a focus on school psychology.
  • Certification: Valid California credential as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in school psychology, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in virtual service delivery.
  • Skills: Expertise in psychological assessment tools, virtual counseling techniques, and digital communication platforms.
