Qualifications:

  • Valid California BCBA license
  • Experience in school psychology, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Experience supervising staff, particularly Behavioral Intervention Technicians (BITs)
  • Familiarity with mild to moderate disabilities

Location:
Smith River, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments and interventions for students.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Supervise and support two new BITs, fostering their professional development.
  • Manage a typical caseload of 25-30 students.
  • Work alongside other Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for support.
