Qualifications:

  • Doctoral or master’s degree in School Psychology
  • Valid state license or certification in School Psychology
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of special education processes and regulations

Location:
Racine, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 30 to 35 psychological evaluations per year for students across assigned schools
  • Collaborate with special education supervisors and other professionals, including social workers and speech therapists, to develop comprehensive support strategies
  • Provide consultation to educators, parents, and staff regarding student needs and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and best practices
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results and team discussions
  • Implement evidence-based practices in psychological services
