Job Description

Location: Olympia, WA
Job Type: Full-time contract position, 37.5 hours per week, onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Provide re-evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
  • Support students with psychological assessments and intervention strategies.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to implement support plans.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist License in Washington State.
  • Experience working in K-12 settings, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation.
