Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist License for California
  • Current PPS Credential
  • Strong assessment, re-evaluation, and evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience attending IEP meetings and collaborating with educational teams

Location:

  • Oakland, CA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students from pre-K through 12th grade, focusing on their educational and psychological needs.
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, providing clarity on assessment results to parents and working alongside the IEP team to ensure compliance and support for students.
  • Manage a caseload of less than 50 students, developing tailored strategies to address individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to enhance the overall well-being and academic performance of students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments and interventions.
