Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois School Psychologist License
  • Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location: Minooka, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students requiring psychological services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
  • Provide direct counseling services to students and facilitate group interventions
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student needs and progress
  • Participate in child study teams and contribute to a supportive educational environment
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
