Job Description

An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specializing in school psychology within a K-12 educational environment. This role is focused on providing essential psychological services to students, ensuring their academic and emotional well-being through assessments, evaluations, and individualized education plans.

Location: Elgin, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement behavior plans.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, advocating for student needs.
  • Provide direct support to students and staff regarding psychological services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services rendered.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist License in Illinois.
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement.
  • Experience working in K-12 settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
