Job Description

Seeking dedicated professionals with expertise in supporting student mental health and educational outcomes. This role is set in a K-12 school environment in Corvallis, OR, for the duration of the school year.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a school psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Knowledge of special education laws and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement appropriate intervention plans
  • Provide short-term counseling and support to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide training and resources to staff and parents regarding mental health and wellness
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
