Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois School Psychologist license
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Provide direct counseling services to students and support their emotional and educational development
  • Consult with educators and staff regarding students needs and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation
