Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active California BCBA license
  • Proven experience in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong understanding of mild to moderate disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus

Location:

  • Brookings, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Supervise and support two Behavior Intervention Technicians (BITs) on staff.
  • Collaborate with other support staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), to create a cohesive support system.
  • Manage a typical caseload of 25-30 students, ensuring personalized and effective behavioral support.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment.
