Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license
  • Experience with self-injurious behavior and training staff on Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments and interventions for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies
  • Train and support school staff in understanding and managing student behaviors
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student cases and develop comprehensive support plans
