A school district near Osprey, FL is seeking a dedicated School Counselor to support students in a K-12 setting. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Florida School Counselor certification.
  • Experience in school counseling or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong ability to connect with students and provide emotional and academic support.

Job Duties:

  • Provide counseling services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Support students facing academic, behavioral, or social challenges.
  • Work with educators, parents, and administrators to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Conduct assessments and implement intervention plans when necessary.
  • Assist with college and career readiness planning.
