An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated professional to provide essential therapy services in an educational setting during the summer. This part-time position is designed for a Physical Therapist ready to make a significant impact on students' lives from preschool to high school.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Physical Therapy license
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in summer school or extended school year (ESY) settings
  • Strong understanding of IEPs and the evaluation process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other service providers

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with exceptional educational needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations to assess student progress and adjust therapy as needed
  • Provide both direct and indirect services, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each student’s needs
