Seeking a dedicated professional for a part-time Physical Therapist position, focused on providing essential services to students with severe and complex needs. This role is set in a K-12 school environment in Saint Johns, MI, and spans from April to June, requiring 1-2 days of availability each week.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
• Ability to utilize multiple mobility devices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in center-based programs is a plus

Location:

Saint Johns, MI

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment to approximately 20 students aged 4 to 26 years
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
• Implement therapy programs tailored to each students unique needs
• Maintain documentation and records as required by school policies
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student goals
• Conduct therapy sessions at two school sites, located three miles apart
