Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Washington State Physical Therapy license
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)

Location: Hoquiam, WA

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring physical therapy.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement IEPs.
• Tailor therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of students across varying age groups.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy provided and student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
