A Physical Therapist is sought for a K-12 educational environment in Covington, GA. This role is designed to support students with diverse needs, providing essential therapeutic services to enhance their physical development and academic performance. There are two positions available, one part-time and one full-time, running from August 4, 2025, to May 22, 2026. Full-time position is 37.5 hours per week and part-time is needed for 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Physical Therapy License
• Relevant degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience in pediatric therapy, particularly in school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to working collaboratively with students, staff, and parents

Location: Covington, GA onsite at a K-12 school

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring physical therapy
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' overall development
