Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students in an educational or support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement instructional strategies under the guidance of teachers
  • Patience and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students
  • Previous experience with 1:1 support is preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques is a plus

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in facilitating educational activities and lessons
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, tailoring guidance to individual needs
  • Monitor student progress and behavior in the classroom and during activities
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement learning strategies
  • Support students during transitions, including arriving and departing from school
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and support provided
