Job Description

Qualifications:

Relevant experience as a Paraprofessional or RBT
Strong understanding of K-12 education systems
Ability to implement behavior intervention plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support to students with special needs
Assist in the implementation of educational and behavioral programs
