Job Description

We are seeking a School Paraprofessional in Quincy, MA to assist teachers and support students in the classroom, ensuring they receive the guidance and attention needed to succeed academically and socially.

Job Details:

  • Full-Time 
  • Monday-Friday 
  • K-12 Caseloads available

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need additional help.
  • Support students with special needs by following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and staff.
  • Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associates OR Bachelor's Degree
  • ABA/Behavioral experience highly required
