Job Description

Sunbelt is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. We are seeking a School Paraprofessional in Quincy, MA to assist teachers and support students in the classroom, ensuring they receive the guidance and attention needed to succeed academically and socially.

Job Details:

Full-Time
Monday-Friday
K-12 Caseloads available

Job Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need additional help.
Support students with special needs by following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and staff.
Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of Associates OR Bachelor's Degree
ABA/Behavioral experience highly required
