Full-Time Paraprofessional | Near Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking an experienced paraprofessional to support teachers in delivering effective education. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a paraprofessional role and a passion for helping students succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with classroom instruction and individualized support.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs.
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement IEPs and classroom accommodations.

Qualifications:

  • Paraprofessional experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; [insert additional educational requirements].
  • Knowledge of classroom management and special education support.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
