Full-Time Paraprofessional | Near Jaffrey, NH

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to support our classroom teachers and assist students with academic, behavioral, and personal needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a school-based environment and be comfortable providing personal care, including toileting assistance, for students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and maintain a structured, positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students, tailored to individual needs.
• Support students with disabilities, including toileting and personal care as required.
• Monitor and assist students with social and behavioral skills, reinforcing appropriate behaviors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree or higher preferred).
• Previous experience in a school setting.
• Comfort and ability to assist with toileting and personal care tasks.
