Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students utilizing ABA techniques.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a certified behavior analyst.
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors for ongoing assessment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff and families regarding behavioral strategies and support.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss student development and strategies for success.
