In Cambridge, MA, an opportunity exists for dedicated professionals to support students in an onsite, full-time paraprofessional role. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in education or child development preferred
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting

Location: Cambridge, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in implementing instructional programs and lesson plans
  • Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs) and other learning needs
  • Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development
  • Monitor student progress and maintain records as required
  • Collaborate with educational staff to create a conducive learning environment
  • Perform typical paraprofessional duties as needed
