Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in their homes, focusing on individualized needs

• Provide 40 minutes of direct services twice a week, with an additional 15-minute consultation service
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to enhance students' overall well-being and developmental goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required
