Job Description

In a supportive educational environment, an opportunity exists for an Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives. This position is designed for a dedicated professional ready to contribute to the development and well-being of K-12 students. The role involves working 15 hours per week on a contract basis, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June.

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Washington
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • Recent fingerprint clearance through OSPI (within the past 2 years)
  • Experience working with Pre-K to 12th-grade students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ needs to develop individualized therapy plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to promote student engagement and learning
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
