Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Assess student needs and evaluate progress through appropriate assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive support strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Provide therapeutic activities that align with students’ IEP goals.

Qualifications:

  • Valid WA Occupational Therapy license.
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
  • Background check with fingerprints through OSPI within the past two years.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
