An experienced Occupational Therapist is sought to provide essential services in a K-12 educational setting for the remainder of the school year. This role involves working closely with students to support their individual needs and facilitate their participation in school activities.

Location: Tower City, PA
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 2:30 PM (35 hours weekly)

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for approximately 57 students.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance students’ functional skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations to adjust therapy plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Valid Occupational Therapy License and DOE Certification.
• Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
