An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide essential services in an engaging educational environment. This full-time position is aimed at supporting students from preschool through 8th grade for the upcoming school year, with a focus on promoting their individual needs through therapeutic practices.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to a varied caseload of 40 to 60 students.
• Implement a workload model, providing 15 to 20 hours of direct treatment each week.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans in alignment with student goals.
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to enhance students' overall development.
• Supervise 1 to 2 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license.
• IVP fingerprint card for secure work with students.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload.
