Qualifications:

• Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification or in the process of obtaining one
• Current Washington state occupational therapy license
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Knowledge of various disabilities and therapeutic techniques

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with identified needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain IEPs
• Assess student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic activities tailored to individual student requirements
