Location: San Bernardino, CA

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site occupational therapy services to middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into the classroom
• Assess student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families
